Breakfast at Baby Boomers

Clean, middle-class safe, IKEA-esque furnishings, a little pretentious with the silly quotes on the ceiling: these things do not impress me. The four-egg "Everything omelet" has a rustic, home-cooked appearance. The bell peppers were a little crunchier than I'd like. Sausage white gravy was not wont of black pepper – a big plus, but could have used more sausage bits & flavor. Hash browns needed their own separate plate, but lacked crispness & browning. A deal breaker. Brown = flavor.
