Black raspberry at Classic Frozen Custard, S.E. 14th & Watrous.

This ain't no Dairy Queen soft-serve, nor is it your snooty co-worker's gelato. This is frozen custard. Dense, smooth, flavorful. The massive milkfat content subtles the flavor of the raspberry.

Don't get me wrong about gelato. I love the gelato at Chocolaterie Stam, but Classic Frozen Custard is easy on the wallet in comparison. And still gives you that “I'm never going back to ice cream” experience.
