Beer is Art at Firetrucker Brewery

Pecan smoke, pumpkin, and gentle doses of cinnamon and nutmeg in Firetrucker Brewery's Smoking Pumpkin Porter. For a pumpkin appellation, this does not suck.

Another Firetrucker rarity: a 2 Alarm Red Cherry Cask. Lightly sweet, smooth cherry flavor, but hoppy to boot. Give me a stein of this with a shot of rye as a boilermaker.

A rare holiday Rum Barrel Acova Black Walnut Ale.

Brigade Pre-Prohibition Ale. Barley, wheat, a smidgen of corn, with orange & juniper. Bright, clean, refreshing. 5.6% ABV, 26 IBU.

3 Alarm Red, cold-smoked with peach wood, tastes of caramel and smoke, finishes bitter. I desire flan after a few quaffs. 9% ABV, 82 IBU.

Rum Barrel Porter. Not boozy or terribly rummy, but rather bright in flavor.

Here's to Liz and Firetrucker's Burnout Brown Coffee Cask special release. Silky coffee, malt flavors.

Emperial Darth Porter. Über smooth with flavors of dark chocolate, black cherry. 9% ABV, 32 IBU.

Strawberry Vanilla Uptown IPA. Strawberry aroma, balanced bitterness with sweet.

Rye Whiskey Barrel Burning Bear stout. Deep cacao, smoke, a bit boozy on palate and nose. w00t!

Strawberry Honey Brewbarb. Tempered tart, more berry on palate than nose, albeit nose betrays the strawberry essence. 8.0% ABV, 21 IBU.
