Sweets in the DSM: Stam, FarmHouse, Outside Scoop

Time to kill in West Des Moines afforded me a heaping cup of pistachio gelato at Chocolaterie Stam in Valley West Mall, left. Its always good. Right: Monster cookies from Local Yocals FarmHouse are robust and satisfying! There’s a fair amount of oats in them, while studded with sweet treats.
