After a disastrous attempt to revisit friends in Las Vegas for
the holidays, I salvaged the Sunday morning prior to Christmas
with a visit to my pal Deb Kirch, bearing a bag of gifts. In
return, I was bestowed a bounty of cookies. w00t!
Chocolate Mint Cremes. Chewy,
chocolatey, just enough peppermint to complement the
chocolatey flavor.
|
Festive Fudge Blossoms.
Crisp, nutty, good cocoa flavor.
|
Oatmeal Cranberry Toffee.
Chewy, sweet, pocketed with crisp bits. A personal
favorite.
|
Peanut Butter Spritzes.
Unique crumbly texture, even a tad fragile. Not for
dunking.
|
Spritzes. Moister and less
crumbly than P.B. variety. Cinnamon candy star adds a
zip.
|
Mexican Wedding Cakes, also
known as Russian Teacakes. Nutty, lightly sweet. A
perfect cookie for tea.
|
Chocolate Chip. America's
favorite cookie, year round. Crisp, as it should be.
|
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Truffles. Technically not a cookie. Sensuous raw cookie
dough texture and flavor. Sugar crystals crunch softly
with each chew.
|
BONUS! Candy! Caramel Pecan
Clusters. With a chocolate drizzle it's a triple threat
praline!
|
More Candy! Peanut Butter
Balls. Study, but delicate. Melts in your mouth!
