A Jumbo Chicago Dog basket with chips and housemade baked beans. With a steamed poppy seed bun, sport peppers, and a garishly green relish, this Chicago Dog is proper! The beans were quite good.

The Porker offers either a spicy or mild Italian sausage link topped with grinder meat, melted mozzarella, and choice of peppers. On this build I went with sport peppers. Its a considerable sandwich!
