On a desert bus!

Its a nine-hour bus ride to get from Reno to Las Vegas aboard Silverado Stages, and the first time in nearly twenty years I've had this direct route available for travel. The scenery was delightful, the duo of movies shown on the overhead monitors not so much. Seriously! I had to endure Norbit.

Walker Lake. A great view from the highway, but once you go down to the shore expect a plague of flies. I can't ever imagine these picnic shelters ever being full.
