Ah, the Linda
Special, toast with cream cheese, green onion, and
melted cheese. I like the farmHouse
potato rosemary for my choice of toast. Zanzibar's steamed eggs,
a house specialty, can be incorporated into your Linda
Special but I prefer them on their own for their
simple, clean taste. Steamed eggs usually come garnished with
shredded white cheddar and a pinch of scallions. So good!
