Breakfast at Zanzibar's Coffee Adventure

Heavy bodied, pungent, musty! Indian Monsooned Malabar, the BMF of coffee–short of coming out some forest creature’s bunghole. Zanzibar's Coffee Adventure is the only local coffee shop to roast and serve up this heady brew.

Ah, the Linda Special, toast with cream cheese, green onion, and melted cheese. I like the farmHouse potato rosemary for my choice of toast. Zanzibar's steamed eggs, a house specialty, can be incorporated into your Linda Special but I prefer them on their own for their simple, clean taste. Steamed eggs usually come garnished with shredded white cheddar and a pinch of scallions. So good!
