In Memoriam: Red Garter Parlor

Sadly, this remnant of history exists no more. And so with it goes the whimsical fantasies of Ottumwa youth, pondering the delights within.

I always wondered what was in this place as I drove back and forth from Osky to Ottumwa the "back way." Cool old sign!!
