Eight Days of Holiday Cookies

Over the weekend I was oohing and ahhing over the cookie porn being posted my one of my St. Louis tweeps, TeriQuiteContrary (@teritunes1). I commented on how I'd like to blog the photos. Well, Teri took it upon herself to snail mail me a package with two of every cookie she baked and photographed. So here are all those delicious cookies. Thanks, girlfriend!

Cranberry White Chocolate Macadamia Nut. The only logical pairing for white chocolate… macadamia. Cranberry a surprising bonus.
Mini Chocolate Chip. The mini-chips can accommodate a thinner cookie. Thinner equates to more crispy.
Strawberry Gooey Butter. Super soft and fruity with an aroma of Crunch Berries.
Snickerdoodle. Why Cream of Tartar was invented. Delicate cinnamon flavor.
Peanut Butter. Always a favorite. Unless you have a peanut allergy. Or just plain weird.
Oatmeal Scotchies. They laugh in the face of oatmeal raisin cookies. Hah-hah! Hah-hah-hah-hah!
Peppermint Crunch. Oh Andes®! What can you not make awesome?
Russian Teacakes. A couple of these with a cup of coffee and you're good to go.
