Tastes from the 2013 Downtown Des Moines Farmers Market, Part 2.

Sirnica (spinach & cheese) and Burek (ground beef) from Papillon; Big Daddy's BBQ brings on the heat with a touch of sweet; a tasty perogie with seasoned cabbage from L&L European Delight.

Homemade bacon & jalapeΓ±o 'gooners' (Rangoon) from Gooners; cinnamon crispies from Vander Ploeg Bakery - thin, crisp, ΓΌber sweet.

Creamy, dense white cheddar distributed by Maytag Dairy Farms paried with Timber Ridge's jalapeΓ±o smoked sausage; a tower of onions peeled, cleaned and ready to eat.

A made-to-order omelet with seasoned potatoes from The Royal Mile's alley burrito stand.
