Cascade Session Black IPA. Light on bitterness, heavy cocoa on first taste, then mellows.

Iowa Export Pilsener. Floral hops stand out, much like Exile's core 'gal' beers. Dry finish.

Doppelgänger Hoppy Pale Wheat. Dry hopped. Hoppy nose and palate, effervescent finish.

North by Midwest IPL. A bitter lager! It challenges my preconceptions of both lagers and IPAs.

Rauchbier Smoked Lager. No slouch on smoke in aroma or flavor, but forgiving on subsequent sips. A perfect aperitif with grilled meats.
