I love how the whites have spilled out of the bialy and turned
crunchy, with a hardened yolk nestled inside the pastry.

There’s
hundreds of quality teas to enjoy at Gong Fu Tea, but I’ve
narrowed it down to Black Current, left, for my favorite
iced tea. “A blend of fine Chinese black teas …delightful in its
berry-based richness.” Right, Enjoying a balanced breakfast with
iced tea, horse (fava) beans, grapes, tomatoes, and wasabi
peanuts.
