Gateway Eats: Centro, Fighting Burrito

Thinking outside of the tortilla at The Fighting Burrito with a Jesse Owens featuring wild rice, black and white beans, grilled peppers and onions, guacamole, both classic and tomatillo salsas, and a squeeze of lime. Also with added vegetarian [soy]Rizo and queso. Really enjoyed the flavor of lime, plus cumin which I suspect came from the Rizo.
