The Original Omelet House: where Vegas locals go to eat!

The Rio Grande Surfer at the original Omelet House on W. Charleston, with chorizo, onion and Cheddar, served either inside this formidable six-egg omelet or scrambled. The chorizo is deeply flavored with dried red chile, but with minimal heat. Breakfast Spuds are chip-thin slices of potato cooked to a light-to-medium crisp and liberally seasoned.

Choice of bread/toast includes a hefty chunk of spiced pumpkin bread, left, dotted with raisins and topped with walnut pieces. Very delicious! Right, the original Omelet House on W. Charleston.
