The dark chocolate mousse cake from Sweet Binney's in Clive is truly the Ding Dong® of the gods! Firm, sumptuous mousse atop a moist chocolate cake disc, enrobed with ganache. I set upon it like a lioness taking down an impala, as evidenced below.
Giddy from my chocolate rush as well as the mimosa and pitcher of Fat Tire I had from breakfast at Billy Joe's earlier [see review], I snuck an illicit pee in one of the bays at the car wash next door. Tee-hee!
